Review-Based Refunds

Eligible refund requests are reviewed using payment, account and entry records before approval.

2x

Duplicate Payments

Genuine duplicate or excess payments can be investigated and corrected where verified.

!

Confirmed Entries

Once an entry has been validly confirmed, cancellation or refund may be restricted subject to applicable law and campaign rules.

1. Refund Policy Overview

MeraInaam reviews refund and payment-correction requests according to the circumstances of each transaction, payment verification status, entry status, applicable campaign rules and applicable law.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically mean that a refund has been approved. MeraInaam may first verify the payment and associated account or entry records.

Keep Your MI-PAY Reference

Your MI-PAY reference and payment evidence can help MeraInaam locate and investigate a transaction.

2. When a Refund May Be Considered

Subject to verification and applicable rules, a refund or payment correction may be considered in circumstances including:

  • A verified duplicate payment for the same intended transaction.
  • A verified excess payment above the amount required at checkout.
  • A payment received for a campaign that MeraInaam cancels before the relevant entry is completed, where refund is the appropriate remedy.
  • A technical error that results in payment being received but prevents the associated request from being processed.
  • A payment that cannot be applied to the intended entry and for which no reasonable alternative resolution is available.
  • Another circumstance where a refund is required by applicable law.
Evidence May Be Required

MeraInaam may request transaction details, proof of payment, account information or other reasonable evidence before processing a refund.

3. When a Refund May Not Be Available

Subject to applicable law, a refund may be declined where the relevant service or confirmed entry has already been validly provided and no refund right otherwise applies.

Examples may include:

  • A user simply changes their mind after a valid entry has already been confirmed.
  • Valid ticket numbers have already been issued and the applicable campaign has progressed beyond a stage at which cancellation is permitted.
  • The user provided incorrect information that cannot reasonably be corrected after the relevant campaign stage has passed.
  • An entry is disqualified because of verified fraud, manipulation or material violation of platform rules.
  • The refund request is based on false, altered or misleading payment evidence.
No Blanket Waiver of Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any refund, consumer or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Common Payment Situations

Situation Typical Action Review Required?
Duplicate payment Possible refund/correction Yes
Excess amount transferred Possible correction/refund of excess Yes
Payment screenshot submitted but payment not received No refund from MeraInaam unless funds were actually received Yes
Draw cancelled by MeraInaam Refund or other lawful resolution according to campaign circumstances Yes
Valid entry already confirmed Cancellation may be restricted Yes

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you accidentally make the same payment more than once, transfer an incorrect amount, or believe a transaction has been incorrectly associated with your account, contact MeraInaam Support as soon as reasonably possible.

Do not submit false or edited evidence. MeraInaam may compare submitted information against available transaction and platform records before approving any correction.

6. Rejected Payment Verification

A payment application may be rejected if the submitted screenshot or transaction details cannot be verified, the amount is incorrect, the evidence is incomplete, or the payment cannot reasonably be matched.

A rejected payment application does not itself prove that MeraInaam received the user's funds.

If you believe genuine funds were transferred but verification was rejected incorrectly, submit a support ticket with the relevant MI-PAY reference and transaction information.

7. Cancelled or Suspended Campaigns

A campaign may need to be cancelled, postponed or suspended because of legal requirements, technical problems, product availability, security concerns, insufficient participation or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Where a campaign is cancelled and MeraInaam has received valid payments that cannot be applied to the relevant service, affected transactions will be reviewed for an appropriate resolution, including refunds where applicable.

Your Existing Payment Record Matters

Refund decisions for cancelled campaigns should be based on verified payment records rather than merely on uploaded screenshots.

8. How to Request a Refund

Refund or payment-correction requests should be submitted through the official MeraInaam Contact & Support page.

Include, where available:

  1. Your full name.
  2. Email associated with your MeraInaam account.
  3. Phone number associated with the transaction.
  4. MI-PAY reference.
  5. Relevant ticket or draw information.
  6. Transaction reference.
  7. Amount transferred.
  8. A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  9. Payment evidence where reasonably required.

Do not send banking passwords, PINs or OTP codes.

9. Refund Review & Processing Time

MeraInaam will aim to review refund requests within a reasonable period after receiving sufficient information to investigate the transaction.

Actual completion time may depend on transaction verification, the payment method, banking processes, weekends, public holidays, additional information required from the user and other circumstances outside MeraInaam's direct control.

No Fake Processing Deadline

A specific “24-hour” or “3-day” refund promise should only be advertised if MeraInaam can consistently meet that processing commitment.

10. Refund Method

Where reasonably possible, approved refunds should be returned through an appropriate method connected to or verifiably associated with the original payer.

MeraInaam may request information reasonably necessary to confirm the correct refund destination and prevent payment fraud.

Users should not request that a refund be sent to an unrelated third party unless MeraInaam has verified that such a transfer is appropriate and lawful.

11. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment or refund decision is incorrect, contact MeraInaam Support and provide the relevant transaction and application references so the matter can be reviewed.

MeraInaam may retain records reasonably necessary to investigate payment disputes, prevent fraud, maintain financial records or comply with applicable legal obligations.

12. Other MeraInaam Policies

This Refund & Cancellation Policy should be read together with MeraInaam's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and any campaign-specific Draw Rules.

If applicable law provides rights that conflict with a provision of this policy, the applicable legal requirement will take precedence.

13. Changes to This Policy

MeraInaam may update this policy when payment methods, campaign structures, platform processes or applicable requirements change.

The Last Updated date should be revised whenever material changes are published.
