These Terms & Conditions explain the rules governing access to MeraInaam, user accounts, prize listings, participation requests, payments, ticket confirmation, winner announcements and related services.
MeraInaam services and individual promotions/draws must only operate where and in a manner permitted under applicable law. Publication of these Terms does not itself establish that any particular paid draw, promotion or prize mechanism is legally permitted. Individual campaigns may be changed, suspended or cancelled where required for legal or regulatory compliance.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using MeraInaam, creating an account, submitting a participation request, making or submitting payment information, contacting support or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules displayed for a particular draw or promotion.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use services that require acceptance of them.
2. Eligibility
Participation is subject to the eligibility requirements displayed for the relevant draw and all applicable legal requirements.
The website should display a specific minimum age only after the legally appropriate eligibility rule for the final promotion model has been confirmed.
3. MeraInaam Accounts
Certain MeraInaam functions may require a registered account. Users are responsible for providing accurate account details and maintaining control of the email account or authentication method associated with their profile.
- One person should not create accounts for fraudulent, deceptive or abusive purposes.
- Users must not use another person's identity without authorization.
- Account information should be kept current.
- OTPs, verification codes and login credentials should not be shared with others.
- MeraInaam may restrict an account where misuse, fraud or security concerns are reasonably suspected.
4. Prize & Draw Information
Individual prize pages may display information such as the prize description, entry conditions, available entries, closing date, participation status and other campaign-specific information.
Product images may be illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise. Where a specific product model, storage capacity, colour or configuration matters, the relevant draw description should identify it.
If a particular draw contains additional published rules, those rules form part of these Terms for that campaign.
5. Participation Requests & Entries
Selecting a quantity and submitting a payment application does not necessarily create a confirmed entry immediately.
Where manual payment verification is used, the participation request may first receive a status such as Pending Verification.
Only entries that satisfy the applicable draw rules and successfully complete required verification may become confirmed entries.
6. Payments & Payment Verification
Where bank transfer is offered, users must follow the payment instructions displayed on the official MeraInaam checkout page.
- Users should transfer the exact amount shown at checkout.
- Payment must be sent only to payment details displayed through an official MeraInaam page or authorized channel.
- A payment screenshot may be requested as evidence for verification.
- Transaction references may be requested where necessary.
- A submitted screenshot does not automatically establish that a valid payment was received.
- MeraInaam may verify the payment before confirming entries.
MeraInaam support should never require your banking password, PIN, OTP or other authentication secret.
7. Ticket Numbers
A payment application reference such as an MI-PAY number is not necessarily a confirmed draw ticket.
Confirmed ticket numbers should only be issued after the relevant entry has passed required validation or payment verification.
Users should review their account dashboard and retain ticket numbers associated with approved entries.
8. Draw Closing, Suspension & Changes
MeraInaam may close, postpone, suspend, modify or cancel a campaign where reasonably necessary because of technical problems, insufficient participation, product availability, fraud, security concerns, legal requirements or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Any material change should be communicated through the website or affected user accounts where reasonably practicable.
The treatment of valid payments where a campaign is cancelled will be governed by the applicable refund policy and any campaign-specific rules.
9. Winner Selection & Announcement
Winner selection must follow the method stated in the applicable draw rules and applicable legal requirements.
Where a winner is selected, MeraInaam may verify identity, eligibility, ticket validity and contact details before final prize confirmation.
Verified winner information may be published on the MeraInaam Winners page, including information such as winner name, prize, ticket number, city and draw date.
Sensitive administration information such as full payment evidence, raw IP information and internal support records will not ordinarily be displayed publicly as part of a winner announcement.
10. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification
MeraInaam may investigate, reject, suspend or disqualify an entry or account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation or material violation of these Terms.
Examples may include:
- Fake or altered payment screenshots.
- False transaction information.
- Use of stolen or unauthorized payment information.
- Multiple accounts created to evade published restrictions.
- Automated or abusive manipulation of the website.
- Attempts to interfere with ticket assignment or winner selection.
- Impersonation of another person.
11. Refunds & Reversals
Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances of the payment, the status of the associated entry, the applicable campaign rules and the MeraInaam Refund Policy.
A user should not assume a payment is refundable merely because they later change their mind after making a valid payment, unless the applicable policy provides otherwise.
Payments connected to cancelled campaigns, duplicate payments, incorrect transfers or other exceptional circumstances may require separate review.

MeraInaam aims to keep the website and account systems available and accurate, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet outages, hosting failures, software errors, third-party services or circumstances outside reasonable control.
If a technical issue affects a participation request, payment submission or ticket record, MeraInaam may review server records, payment evidence and account information to determine the appropriate correction.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MeraInaam will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Users remain responsible for verifying payment instructions, protecting account credentials and providing accurate information.
14. Privacy & Personal Information
MeraInaam may process account, contact, payment, device, IP, support and draw information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand what information may be collected and how it may be used and stored.

The MeraInaam name, branding, website design, original graphics, text and platform content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially reused without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Product names and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not necessarily imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
16. Third-Party Services
MeraInaam may rely on hosting, email, security, banking, payment or other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
MeraInaam is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside its control.
17. Applicable Law & Legal Compliance
MeraInaam is intended for use in Pakistan and its operation is subject to applicable Pakistani laws and lawful regulatory requirements.
Nothing contained on the website should be interpreted as creating a right to operate or participate in a promotion where that activity is prohibited or requires authorization that has not been obtained.
Where applicable law requires a different treatment from these Terms, the applicable legal requirement will take precedence.
Before accepting paid entries from the public, MeraInaam's final draw mechanism and business structure should be reviewed by qualified Pakistani legal counsel.
18. Changes to These Terms
MeraInaam may revise these Terms where its services, payment methods, campaign structure, technology or legal requirements change.
Updated Terms may be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through other reasonable channels.
